Symbo has independently developed ultra-thin, miniature lithium-polymer pouch cells specifically for smart wearables. Supporting an ultra-slim profile as thin as 0.4mm, these batteries are widely used in ultra-thin smart bands, slim electronics, micro-consumer electronics, compact wearables, and miniature sensing devices. We offer customization for curved, rounded-corner, and irregular shapes. Also, we deliver high energy density, ultra-low self-discharge, and exceptional cycle life. Our batteries utilize a black aluminum-laminated film pouch packaging process; free from the constraints of a rigid casing, they are lightweight, compact, and manufactured to precise, stable dimensions. The cells feature a highly stable pure cobalt cathode and a modified graphite anode, utilizing aluminum foil and copper foil as current collectors, respectively, along with a high-temperature-resistant separator. This design ensures low internal resistance, long cycle life, low self-discharge, and stable discharge output, while effectively minimizing the risks of swelling and leakage.
