The battery dimensions can be customized to fit the customer's device cavity. The battery thickness can be customized down to 0.4mm. The length and width of the battery can be adjusted according to customer needs. Capacity:

The battery capacity ranges from 10 mAh to 20,000 mAh. Our professional engineering team will optimize the energy density of the battery cells. We maximize battery life within the limited volume required by the customer. We support series and parallel combinations to meet different voltage (3.7V/7.4V/11.1V, etc.) and capacity requirements.

Wire & Connector: Our battery wires are available in silicone or PVC, with diameters ranging from 0.3mm to 2.0mm. The wire length can also be customized as needed. PCM / BMS:

  • ODM Customization: Parameter specifications adjustment (flexible shape/size customization), structural modification costs, order quantity and frequency, tooling and mold costs (if a new casing is required), etc.

Standard Lipo battery samples only require you to cover the shipping cost; customized samples (e.g., ultra-thin, irregular shape) incur a small fee, which will be fully refunded after a bulk order is placed. Customers need to confirm the samples before mass production to ensure consistency with requirements.

After requirements confirmation, the first batch will be delivered in 60-90 days, including 2 rounds of prototyping and debugging. The cycle can be adjusted slightly depending on the complexity of customization (e.g., special structure, high-energy-density requirements).

  • For our returning customers: Negotiable, 30% deposit + balance payment upon presentation of the bill of lading or monthly payment
