Our lithium batteries use stable lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) or ternary materials. They also have an intelligent BMS system. This system monitors voltage, temperature, and short-circuit conditions in real-time. The products have passed international certifications such as UL, CE, and UN38.3. They have overcharge and over-discharge protection. Also, they feature a flame-retardant housing design for safety in extreme situations.

Home energy storage and power batteries, such as those in electric vehicles, can manage 2,000 to 6,000 charge and discharge cycles. This range depends on the model. Their service life is around 5 to 10 years. After more than 3000 charge-discharge cycles, a lithium iron phosphate battery cell retains 80% of its capacity. This is much better than a lead-acid battery’s 300-500 cycles.

Lithium batteries offer many benefits:

  • They are 50% lighter and have high energy density.
  • They charge quickly, reaching full power in 3-5 hours.
  • They last 3-5 times longer than other types.
  • They need no maintenance.
  • They support deep discharge at 90%, unlike lead-acid batteries, which only manage 50%.
  • They also have lower long-term costs.

Choose the capacity based on your household’s average power use of 10-30 kWh daily. For example, a 5 kWh system can support basic loads (lighting, refrigerator, etc.) for 8-12 hours. When paired with solar panels, it can achieve off-grid power supply.

It supports multiple charging modes, including grid power, vehicle charging, and solar charging. A 1000 Wh model can be fully charged from the grid in about 1.5 hours. A suitable solar panel is needed for charging. It takes 6 to 8 hours, depending on the light conditions. Some models support fast charging and can charge 80% in 30 minutes.

We provide customized conversion solutions that retain the original equipment interfaces without the need to modify the circuit. The size of the lithium battery is compatible with that of the lead-acid battery, and it is equipped with an intelligent BMS to ensure voltage matching and safety, increasing the battery life by more than 50%.

Lithium iron phosphate batteries work well from -20°C to 60°C. Their low-temperature discharge efficiency exceeds 85%. In contrast, lead-acid batteries only reach 30% to 50%. Some models come with a heating film. This helps them work steadily in icy conditions.

The battery cells come with a 5-year warranty. The entire machine has a warranty of 2 to 3 years, depending on the product. Global warranty is supported, and a response will be given within 48 hours. Remote fault diagnosis or repair-by-mail services are provided. Free replacement is available for non-human-induced damage.

They meet the RoHS standard and have no heavy metal pollution. We provide a service to recycle used batteries at a discounted price. Professional institutions disassemble and recycle the batteries. The recovery rate of core materials is over 95%.

A 48V 100Ah forklift battery lasts 8 hours under full load. It charges to 80% in just 1 hour using fast charging. The battery lasts 30% longer than lead-acid batteries. Also, it can be charged while in use without needing to be fully discharged first.

The products comply with the IATA air transportation standards. MSDS and UN38.3 certification documents are provided. We support global sea and air transport. We also help customers with customs clearance.
